Not sure why, but I don't think I've went to bed before 1 a single night since my 1st surgery.

TEX, I feel for your brother. That happened to a friend of mine years ago. 'Bout killed him. He had a lot of good support to help him through and reconcile with it.

Because I don't know. Why is there arsenic in apple juice and grape juice? Is it created naturally through a chemical reaction or is it added for some reason?

I'm not working. I hope to go back after the 1st of the year. I should be out of my 2nd boot full time just before christmas. Work has been great about it.

I know from having a dog that there is arsenic in the seeds of apples. Don't feed your dogs the apple core, it can kill a pooch.

OK, that got me off in a different direction. I googled that and came up with a bunch of hits (Snopes was one) that they don't contain arsenic but they do contain a cyanide compound. I knew that lima beans, or butter beans, can produce cyanide if not processed and cooked properly. I, also, thought that more than a few naturally grown products have the inherit ability to produce poison as a defense mechanism. Learning some new and weird stuff tonight.

YES... Im not a tv person and I don't do good just laying around. Im about to start putting another puzzle together. They bring back alot of childhood memories.

As far as work goes, lucky is an understatement. They may not pay the beat but they treat us like family and go above and beyond the norm. Im getting paid just as if I was at work. They even threw me a party before I left and gave me a 200 american express card and a bell. Also found out I still get my full annual bonus. What company does that?

I knew they were good people because of some of your post in the past. You got lucky working for them. Not a lot of great employers out there that would do that stuff anymore. Hope your recovery is speedy and 100%.

That is the best thing you can do throughout life. Pain is there for a reason. It's OK to fight through it sometimes, but when it continues is the time to seek help.
