I don't think UF will be nearly as tough next year with the inexperience at the QB position. Tebow will have to throw this year. Of course you play UF at UF so thats a whole different story. They have an amazing recruiting class.

i think #3 and #4 can be interchangable(sp?), i know bama has Saban and all but I still dont think they're going to be that great this year. however, they obviously will still be a very tough squad to be as they usually are
I think Alabama will better than Georgia this year, Saben has tons of talent to work with on that team and UGA lose's a few guys on D....plus I need to see more from Stafford before i think he is a good QB....
i hope you are right in that Bama will be tougher than uga this year because that will mean uga is not as good as i think they are. i just think they finished the season last year on a positive note and while i hate to say it, Stafford grew up a lot last year. the biggest mistake richt made was not starting him from day 1 IMO. I just think Bama is still in too much dissarray(sp?) to be extremely competitive next year. Of course, they could have a lot of their issues worked out by the time the 3rd Sat. in Oct. comes around
there unfortunately.Bama will be tough, no doubt. Saban beat us in Baton Rouge in his first year with probably less talent than bama has now... I was
And this year's game is in Birmingham.
Florida
Georgia
Alabama
South Carolina
Cal
I wouldn't put that much stock in Saban beating us with a freshman named A.J. Suggs. Unfortunately, that is when LSU started to turn it around and we started to turn it around in the other direction, except for 2001, our last "better than average" year.
1. Alabama
2. South Carolina
3. Georgia
4. Florida
5. Arkansas
I think all 5 are top 20 teams next year. The only reason I don't say Florida is that they are currently overrated at #1, not nationally, but conferencely (?), if that's possible. LSU was probably better, and a couple others were at least as good. They squeeked through to win the SEC, any of 5 teams that did that could have whipped Ohio St. I think we're their first test next year, and I think they'll go into half time down by 2 scores blindsided by the recollection of how tough SEC football is ... we need to welcome urban back to reality this reality.
What is so unreasonable about thinking Florida might have some growing pains next year with new players virtually everywhere?
