Yeah, I am pulling for Carl. That Phoenix track is something else, first I ever heard of them having to change left side tires only. Also I love how it now has a bit of elevation change with the kink.
You by chance catch the F1 race? My main man took a great win.
Just watched Hamilton win. Congrats NV!
Yeah. I woke up and it was on. Watched the last few laps. I gave you a shout out in here afterwards. How long was the track? Also? Why did the red bull car pit on the last lap? I like how f1 has harder/softer tires that can be used throughout a race.
Many thanks! It's great to see him winning again. It's been a real up and down year for him. A bit of a tense race, Hamilton was ice cold with that Ferrari in his rear view most of the race.
3.451 miles.
The Red Bull was on an interesting tire strategy. In F1 you have two tire compounds, and you have to run at least one of each during the race, unless it's raining. He made two stops and used the soft tires at every stop so he had to put on a set of the hard tires. I suppose they felt the time advantage with the soft tires was worth the extra stop at the last moment.
