didn't even buy new COD. been enjoying Battlefield and NHL too much, and i'd only really wanna play it for its campaign. I've had a few friends say it isn't very different at all and that it's probably a waste to buy.

The new cod is amazing. I love the maps this year. I had a 1.88 kd until late tonight and I had a few rough games. I already have a 15 game win streak and a 16 kill streak. Game of the year, easily.

lol i doubt it. there are a lot of good games out and coming out soon. and so far the reviews have been 50/50. at least of what i have heard. people saying it's just too much the same.

I don't think it is that similar. The campaign is totally different. The settings of the maps are totally different. Different guns. Of course it will play the same. Just like NCAA and Madden. People are just stupid.

lol people are stupid for not wanting to spend 60 dollars on a game that is almost exactly the same as the one before it? do you buy madden and ncaa every year, or just once every few years? i will certainly rent it to try out the campaign, and i know the maps are different. i was told the guns are the same, you just unlock stuff differently, and that the only other real differences were small ones. the movement and the amount of time it takes to kill someone.

I'm just not understanding this argument. The ones saying this game looks no different in the gaming forum are the same ones who buy every football game released. That's just what appeals to them more.

Why would you not want familiarity in the movements of the game? And yes, the guns are different. Only about ten of them are the same. The story mode and the maps setting are totally new and unique, and that is all I need to buy a new one. I love the new features they've added. I am not trying to talk you into buying the game, you are just listening to the wrong or extremely ignorant people.

i guess. i plan to rent it for the campaign. i will give online mode a try as well. i think im kinda just burnt out on the cod series, and i like battlefield more than i have liked any cod.
