I was, also. I used to run there everyday in the summer to train for cross country and track. One time I got done with the run and went to drink some water from the river. My Dad was waiting until I got done. I went jumping across the river on rocks and right before I lunged over this big one my Dad started yelling, "no, no, no, no!!!" I bolted the rest of the way across and was like, "what the hell, Dad?"

He said, "look at that big rock you just jumped over".

There was a copperhead sunning itself on the rock.

He said, "That thing looked right up at your balls when you jumped over his head".....
