Nope. He is a die hard Michigan fan, didn't miss a home game last year. If something were to happen with that staff, say they don't offer him or don't recruit him hard, then maybe.
But if it were you in his position (I'm assuming you're a huge UT fan) and lived in Tennessee, where would you go to school?
Thanks. She is having a great time so far. All of her classes sit at 4.0, she is enjoying all of the SEC sporting atmosphere, and is an athlete as well. (haha, sorry guys, still no pics)
She had to chose between a full academic scholly at Mich State (going back home, where she grew up as a spartan) or a fully academic scholly to UT (being with mom and pop)
Glad she chose to be with mom and pop, cause we would have missed her too much if she were 600 miles from us.
She still has a hard time with the ut -v- UF thing, but she will be ok when it matters most!!
One of these days I will have to say GO Voo. .. Vvvv . . VVVVVVVVVOOOO. . . sigh. cant get it out yet!!
Go lilgatorbill for now!!:good!:
Good to hear! Awesome to have a 4.0 as a student-athlete! Haha and those words will be easy to say at some point! I recommend some practice and then the Go VOLS comes out easily!

Appreciate it. I'm glad to pass on what I can. This is such an exciting time to be a fan of Tennessee football. I can't put into words how impressed people around the program are with the staff and the state of Tennessee football. Dooley and staff are rebuilding this program the right way. If you could only see what happens behind the scenes in terms of coaching, recruiting, and mentoring the players, you'd all swell with pride because this staff represents University of Tennessee with character and dignity. You'd almost think that Dooley, Chaney, Wilcox, Thompson, Baggett, Sirmon, Joseph, Hinshaw, and Hiestand grew up cheering for the Vols since birth because these guys BLEED ORANGE. When Dooley says our motto is the "relentless pursuit of continuous improvement," he means that in every aspect of the program. Tennessee football has been a sleeping giant since the early 2000s. The giant is no longer sleeping.

O'Brien initially informed the staff months ago of his commitment. He continued to reaffirm his commitment to the staff over the last few months when stories surfaced regarding his apparent interest in Michigan.

I've seen the tape of him at the camp, but instead of weeding through old pages in this thread, can someone give info on how he plays? I guess what I mean is do scouts describe him as athleltic and beats people off the line, or does he have a real mean streak and likes to mix it up (I'm hoping). Maybe both?
Thanks in advance.
