I wish I could afford an automatic. The male ego is a funny thing. People that take pride in driving manuals are losers. They are fun, but it doesn't make you a bigger man.

Is there really some jackhole who thinks that way?

90% of men who drive a stick.

You'll know them when you see them. They're the guy stopped at a stoplight on a hill with their foot off the brake burning up their clutch by drifting forward and backward at the light.

Funny coming from the man who went far out of his way to find a manual example of his car...

For performance and fun factor. Not because I look down on people who choose comfort over fun, like the rest of you.

A real sports car should be a stick, but there is nothing wrong with a dude who wants to take an automatic civic to pick up the kids from soccer practice.

That number seems a little high. Granted, I think I'm better than everyone else, but not because I drive a car with a manual transmission.

Before pooch gets offended, it's a joke, lighten up francis.

There is something wrong if those aren't his kids he is picking up.

Also I have no problems with Automatics. But I still call BS on your car. Is the auto any slower? Or did it lack an LSD?

For accurate results, you should have made the results private. I believe more do than do not know how to drive manual, but not this wide a margin.

Nothing wrong with owning/driving an automatic. But a real man knows how to drive a manual and would never buy an automatic sports car.
