If my son chooses to go to Auburn, Florida, Alabama, Georgia or LSU...I will NEVER visit him in college and I will NOT go to his graduation.
I'll take him going to a rival school as a total disrespect to his old man so that's it.

we looked like a bucket of hot garbage for 22 minutes of play, guys, and only down 9 while getting the ball to start the 2nd half.

once again, florida should be ashamed for not delivering the knockout blow early....and our D deserves a TON of credit for manning up when it counted.

Not getting a FG shot was a little disappointing. BUT we get the ball to start the second half and we've settled down. It's still uphill, but hey, we're Tennessee and hills are nothing new.

If Double D gets us settled down a little more and Muschamp keeps stroking out, we'll sneak out the win on this one. We looked good going into halftime. Settled down, composed, making plays, and moving the ball. Go Vols!

Interesting to see what happens in the second half.

I agree with Dooley that after the injury the Vols lost their composure.

Probably were never expecting that to happen.

Time to regroup and get the W for him.

No need to run the ball the rest of the game.

The D has made great adjustments and has played well after the first drive.

Arnett played well in the first half.fla is doing nothing but running sweeps and better go back to the screen , sooner or later its going to be a pick 6

Agreed. Whatever the outcome of this game, it bodes well for the rest of the season that UT survived a nighmare 1st quarter, including losing a great receiver for the game, but still kept their poise and outplayed UF in the 2nd quarter.

Wow, you and wylo are in quite a heated competition for who can make the most dumb posts in a single thread. The end of that half sure showed that he could not calm his players down /sarcasm.

Here's my take on the first half..

The D settled in nice.. held to 3 FGs

Florida had very good field position to get those 3 field goals. (Started in tn territory 3 times)

Bray looks pissed and focused (at the end of the half) maybe this shows him every game is not a gimmie.

Bray and the recievers are key

IF we score out of halftime, we win
