There has never been in doubt from me, but I had to allow Jason his space to clear his own mind with so much influence from "US" his parents. Initially when I came to Volnation it was because I wanted to see how receptive you all were to him becming a vol... did you all really care about your players... As a parent.... you want to make sure you're sending your baby into the best environment. I don't care how big he gets. whether Croomster is 5'5 or 6'5.. he's still MY baby.

Today, I share my baby with you all. I have been a UT fan since I was a little girl. I'm a northern girl... but it's always been something that's drawn me to UT. Today, the dream I couldn't forfill for myself.. my baby did for me, and without my influence..

Coach Charlie and Dooley and Joseph, are deal closers. They made us feel like family truly from the beginning. Never have I been so comfortable. After visiting so many schools, with the exception of Miami, I had NOT been that content with leaving Jason so far away from me.

I am Momma Croom-Terry........ Sorry for the doubt I casted and the fans I p/o, but I couldn't let you be so confident. My son is the happiest I've seen him throughout his football career thus far. I expect you all to show him the same love when he gets up there next year as you have battling me on this site....

I LUV UT! I luv the peeps on here who doubted who I may be or not. I am the most important person in his life. I catch him if he falls. I am the 50yard dash runner. I am the person who will ALAWAYS have his back...

Today I finally get look like a pumpkin!!! I'm proudlying wearing my newly made T-shirt with a big orange T on the front like superwoman and #18 on the back with MOM across the top!

Congrats to you, your son and your family... welcome to this board and Tennessee...VFL

First off this post above is scary. It shows how much volnation can impact the recruiting process.

I also want to welcome Croom and his mother to the volnation family.

Just please understand that there are trolls on here (people who pretend to be Vol fans and aren't) who will come on here and slam the team or university or its players just for fun.

True vol fans thank your son for choosing the Vols. We understand how much his decision benefits the Vols too.

Go Vols!

He just needs to avoid pre-play moisturizing and he'll be fine... put the lotion down at least for the duration of the game. Arian had a problem with pre-play moisturizing, not his fault.

I thought he was getting into Phil's Krispy Kremes when the defense was on the field.

his QB seems sucky... the few plays that he actually has time, he locks in on one guy and throws it to him no matter what, no progression at all.

Boy was I wrong about him wanting to block. 13 pancakes in 2010 and got two guys on one play. He had one ball thrown out of bounds that he caught maybe 12' in the air and he made it look effortless. And yes, the QB needs to tighten up.

I saw the T with the 18 on the back (they've showed it a couple of times). But the stupid video thing cut off right at the start of the video of the announcement to tell me I needed to click the thing to watch some more and I missed it. I hope they post it online somewhere.

Wtf it's high school and a new offense...

Can't stand arm chair QBs.
