I know it's early...really early actually, but this kid is a sure fire NFL player if he stays healthy, keeps his weight in check and works hard.

Fantastic frame, freak-ish strength, and plenty of speed for the MLB position. Everyone is amazed by how strong Trent Richardson is (for not being a 300 lb'er) -- this kid is right there with him and hasn't even started his senior year yet. Between bench & squat, he'll be pushing over 1000 pounds by the time his freshman year begins...really close to it now. Unbelievable.

Santos lays the wood ...

It looks like he moves slow laterally, then he just accelerates so fast for a guy his size. He runs people over. Kid is a MONSTER! AJ and Santos remind me a lot of the Little/Wilson combo.

Mind you, they will not be exactly alike, but a comparison is fair.

Still need some big bodies to put in front of him dangit! Doesnt matter how good he is without someone eating those blockers.

I think what excites me the most about Dalton is his down hill style of play. His size and strength should allow him to cause major disruption on the line.

Pity the poor (RB) soul that meets Santos in the hole...
Santos gives me the impression of a player that who when makes contact you'll hear that "pop" from the parking lot. Sends chills up my back. Damn, I miss the game...

All this A & M talk to the SEC talk is kind of scaring me with Santos. I hope Sirmon holds onto him. My favorite recruit of the class so far.

(Although if A & M knew they would be in the SEC, they would've told him)

just here to drop by with some news ive heard. A&M is so close to just leaving the BIG12 and joining the SEC. it could be within a matter of days, if not sooner. Mods are saying that the SEC has delayed working on their conference schedule for the 2012 season. Also, A&M's legal team met recently with the BIG12. This honestly could happen today or this month, but word is that if A&M announces by the end of the month, A&M will play in the SEC in 2012. Also, this might have a HUGE pull on Santos.

the coaches dont role that way. from reports with numerous recruits, these coaches are straight forward, and will only tell recruits things that a set in stone.

Don't buy it. The SEC would have to invite another school too to even things out. You think maybe a school like USF gets the nod?

all Aggie mods have said that the SEC will take A&M first and get them in there as soon as possible, and then they will sort out the 14th team.

If the Aggies had any sense they would have jumped on this last year. I can not believe they didn't see the Longhorn BS coming.

From what I've heard, A&M is making noise to join and Slive isn't listening. He said the SEC could be 16 teams in the next 15 minutes if he wanted it but is satisfied with 12.

One player no reason for Aggies to shift - Big 12 Blog - ESPN

Also read an article that was posted July 20th, that said the rumors were false.

Oklahoma, Texas A&M may look at moving to SEC because of Texas' TV network - NCAA Football - Sporting News

Maybe a lot has changed since then, Who knows?
