Of course. With all of the employees the AD has, the unemployment rate has dropped from 9 percent to 3 percent.

He had good news 2 weeks ago about DJ, but that was the last he heard, and since then it seems a lot has changed. That's all. He hasn't said one way or another.

Skeeter said it was very possible that he would choose UT, given the info that he had heard.

Communication was then cut off, he hasn't heard anything, and all other opinions are simply speculation.

2 weeks ago, things looked good for DJ. But things have been silent around the AD regarding him for 2 weeks. Thus, now it doesn't look good.

Things change. skeeter just reports what he hears there. You follow?
