I am a VFL, but seriously guys, this recruiting class is looking like crap so far and all of the top guys at each position has committed.. This class is looking far worst then last years.. Were only in the top 5 for just a couple of big name guys.. There 4 and 5 stars for a reason.. We have done used 11 schollys on basically nothing.. 2 stars should walk on at TN.. TN is an SEC school not a sun belt..Last years class we were in the race for a lot of big guys but some of the people that we need don't even have us in their top 10.. Chances our we wont get DJ and Santos(since he likes A&M).. We need to push harder on recruiting.. I do like the Kicker committing though since Palardy must be doing terrible, but other then that people like that should walk on..Blanc really didn't deserve a scholly, and we dont need Cross..

Like i said im a VFL,but you guys just dont want to admit that this class has looked bad so far.. Im the only one on here that has the nuts to admit it

Well, why don't you quit your job and go coach....Then you can stop "wasting schollys"
Most kickers are going to be 2 stars.
We only have one other in Blanc, while I don't understand the recruitment of Blanc, I am trusting the coaches on that one.

I agree, this class is not starting off like it has in the past... but kids are taking the wait and see approach with UT right now. Wanting to make sure we have a coach that will stay longer than 1 season, and we didn't exactly have a stellar season last year(s).

Give Dooley time, he will finish strong just like he did last year. Half the kids we've signed so far came out of left field... We were not listed in their top 5 or whatever, Dooley will surprise us with some recruits.

Go Vols! It's almost time :)

What makes you qualified to say that any of these prospects are or are not good?
Until you can show me that you are on a staff at any college program in division 1 then you're opinion is just as equal to mine, nothing.
How about you come back in 2 years and then 3 years and let me know how your prognostication turned out. Go spend hundreds of hours looking at film and visiting these guys in person and then see them play in person and then come back and let me know your opinion because only then can you give any kind of judgement on who is good or not.
