My wife did it with photoshop. I've got an app on my iphone that does the same thing. It's called colorsplash if you have one. It's a $.99 app. Worth it IMO.

FWIW, if anybody is wanting to go fishing out of PCB...I have to recommend Davy Jones charters.

Davy is an fantastic captain and his mate Bo is all kinds of awesome. Always have a blast with those guys...and always pack in the fish.

They even take out some of the Lady Vols coaches just about every year.
