Jekyll and Hyde - Vols will go 1-2 this week (prediction)

The Jekyll and Hyde Vols will go 1-2 this week.

I don't understand everyone's optimism about this weeks schedule.

Auburn just beat SC on the road... by 15 points...
and they almost beat FL at home (lost by 5)... they also beat FSU - who beat #1 Duke. Auburn is not a given win.

Alabama is sitting at 5-1 in leaque play... and has won 8 out of their last 9 including a game over Kentucky in which they were up by over 20 points during the second half.

Kentucky... well they are Kentucky.

I hope otherwise, but i expect we go 1-2 over this stretch.. with our Jekyll and Hyde team probably losing to both Auburn and Alabama.. and then beating KY.

After the way I feel some days when we play... i feel like Hiding... so i guess it works in both contexts lol

Auburn is garbage, if we lose that game we should probably just pack it up for the season. Alabama hasn't beaten anyone really outside of Kentucky, and they've done absolutely nothing on the road. We have zero excuses when it comes to Alabama at home. Kentucky on the other hand won't be easy, I just don't see them losing at Rupp. It's doable though if we can dominate inside like we've proven we can.

I would more surprised if they went 3-0. If this team wants to win the SEC this year, they must win 2 out of 3 or it will be tough.

They need to win these two.

Bama has not beaten a single good team except Kentucky, and they actually have more bad losses than we do.

Auburn is terrible, terrible, terrible.

Sure, we could lose one, but if we do, we should be embarrassed. If we consider ourselves an NCAAT team, these are dubyas.

3-0 during the next 3 game stretch. Book it.

1. This team is playing better on the road than at home.
2. Watched UA v UK - UA got lucky at home.
3. BP gets team up for a win at UK in his first game back from suspension so he can thumb his nose at Slive...

Auburn is easy. Bama will be tougher but they arent beating us at home. This is the easiest week of the conference season besides last week.

If the Hyde team comes out, yeah, we could lose at the Barn, but we just need a decent outing to win there. If the bammer game was in tuscalooser, I would say it would be a tough one for the Vols, but I like our chances at TBA. Winning at Rupp will be tough, Pearl or no Pearl, Big Orange jacket or no.

Agree, Auburn is garbage. They had a good game against SC. Bama not much better. Prediction 2-1 in next three games.

We'd BETTER beat AU on Thursday because I'll be at "The Barn" decked out in Orange provoking all them war chickens!!! Heck, I'm even going to scream for Pearl Jr when he out hustles them and draws a charge. We'd better win because I know there won't be but a handful of us Vols there. AU shot their wad by winning their first SEC game last weekend. They will fold like a lawn chair Thursday. Book it. Vols beat the spread. .

Bama wasn't supposed to beat us at home 2 years ago either.... But i drove 4 hrs from Charlotte to watch them beat us at the buzzer from half court.
