Does anyone else think it's funny that uga fans got all butt hurt when Rogers changed his commitment to us saying the only reason we got him was because we offered Nance who was his teammate? Yet they offered Crowell's teammate here recently. I heard that his teammate doesn't have any D1 offers.At least Nance had some other decent offers like Arkansas. I know all the uga fans down here were saying that he wasn't a man of his word and that it was pretty rotten what UT did.

we didnt offer nance only because of that... we needed depth at qb.. even this year... he'll still be on scholarship.

Come on guys. Haters? The kid is a solid D-1 recruit but had to get his test scores right. Many schools stayed away from him because of that, many thought he was JUCO all the way. He got his results back, which were good enough to qualify, and now schools have stepped up with offers. Bama is showing legitimate interest and they offered him a greyshirt, and UF has also offered.

The kid will play on special teams within the first year. Comparing him to Nance is absurd.

I could be wrong, but didn't UGA offer a scholarship to the brother of one of last year's safety's to keep him solid?

Show me where UA offered Cootie. Heck if we were going to do that why didnt we offer K Allen half brother last year. K Allen would have been the top player in our class.

Sorry not buying the stroy from UGA fans. The day IC is leaving for UA for his OV the UGA coaches show up at the school and offer his best friend which from the lates article is still his only offer.

In regards to IC's mother CMR better watch out this weekend, because this shows me she is not happy and it will be the subject of a converstaion with CMR.

Isaiah Crowell’s mother said she’s thrilled about their family friend Quintavious Harrow receiving a scholarship offer from Georgia, but not if it comes with any attachments to her son.

“Well, for Quintavious it’s wonderful,” Deborah Crowell told me Monday. “But I don’t want them to do it to get Isaiah there. I’m not selling my son’s soul to the devil. This is his decision. If they want to give Quintavious a scholarship, that’s fine. But that can’t have anything to do with Isaiah. He has too much pressure on him as it is and I’m going to lay that on the line with them. We’ll discuss that while we’re up there.”

Is she referring to CMR as the devil there. I think she is implying that if they offered Cootie to get IC. CMR better be doing some quick talking this weekend. He might have overplayed the religion card here.

See there is one mom that sees the offer to Cootie like everyone else does outside of UGA fans that it is no legit.

I actually will laugh in the end if UGA gets Cooty and no IC.

Can we all agree on one thing? Georgias fan base (throw in Auburn as well) are the most delusional in the country. Both fan bases should morph into one because they are so much the same. Im gonna laugh if Crowell spurns UGA because they are convinced he's signing with them..along with the rest of the "Dream Team" as I always hear from my UGA fan co-worker:rofl:

I have no problem with package deals and I'm not sure why anyone would. If a program is in position to offer a scholarship for a player that can at least provide some depth or fill in on the practice squad and get a top notch player, I say go for it. It's definitely not sacrilegious.

The thing that kills me about uga fans is they act like they are the class acts of the sec. I don't know about anyone else but they talk about UT like its a training ground for thugs. They are the last fan base that needs to be talking about anyone else. Seriously they talk about about Tyler Bray like hes a piece of crap for his "passion" during the MCB. I think your right on with this post but to me it seems like they have jumped on the Bama bandwagon instead Auburn.

UGA about to land the top rated RB in the country and all hel1 has broken loose.

The kid is a legit 3 star, period. Look for yourselves. UA didn't offer him a greyshirt? Why did they have in campus this past weekend. Grades were the issue and he's got that fixed now. Can we just be happy for the kid that he will go play at an SEC school.

UGA may have some delusional fans, we certainly have our issues right now. I will gladly, gladly take Richt's record in the SEC. Richt just needs to figure out how to beat UF, hopefully he figures it out soon. AU just won a NC so I don't see how you can call them delusional right now.

Zander, Alec's brother was on special teams this year as a true freshman. He will compete for the FB job next season. The kid is legit, we stole that kid last year.

By the way Cootie just commited to UGA. Welcome Cootie, glad to have you, now go get in Crowell's ear.

***Correction from yesterday. UF has not officialy offered him, they've only shown interest.

Nance has to be insane. You turn down a free ride to Vandy, TO VANDY. Not only would you get a top notch education but you might have gotten on the field there.

There's no way he gets past Bray and UT will always recruit top notch QB's. I kind of feel bad for the kid.

What is ridiculous is UGA fans can not accept it at face value which shows you do not like it. So what you offered a kid becuase you hope it would help get Crowell. Schools do it when desperate for a top recruit. If it makes you feel better to think he is a legit member of the dream team go ahead, whatever floats your boat, especially since you are one of the few UGA fans that beleive CMR will bring UGA back to the top.

Crowell's mom sees through it to bad you can not.

You also might want to listen to this radio interview with Fran Tarkinton. He is blasting UGA for keeping CMR and what CMR has done. That would be like Manning calling out UT or Stabler calling out UA. And he is doing on an Atlanta radio where every UGA fan and GA players can hear him. So go ahead and stay in denial. In the end it does no matter who UGA signs they will not be playing for the same coach in all 3 or 4 years that they are there.
