I like it like that, too. I would use a spicy mustard and dip the pieces in it. Good with cold beer as I remember.

Mettwurst and Beans ftw. too. Had my first Mett and Beans at a place called Brownie's over on the strip. It's been gone a long time. You'd walk in, take a stool at the counter and holler, Mett and Beans and skin 'em. Skin 'em meaning for Brownie to remove the casings from the sausage before serving it. Damn, that was good stuff.
