I know that's right. My baked potato is done and I just realized I'm out of butter. :/
I still have sour cream and cheese so it's all good.

No way, Jose. I would never harm an animal so I would have to make your gift a pet. Thanks for the offer tho, you are so good to me.

You a veggie Tri?

Selective vegetarian. I still eat seafood. If someone fixes something with meat I don't make a big deal about it. Every now and then I crave something with meat so I eat it. I've probably had red meat 3x in last 8 months. Don't know how long its been since I had chicken. I still think cows and pigs are tasty but health wise I feel so much better. Plus I've dropped about 5 lbs.

I gotcha, :hi:

Porta Coeli* chicken and rice.

*Old family recipe from my Step-Grandmother's cook book. The recipe is named after the oldest church building in this hemisphere. Start with a cut up chicken, season liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Brown in olive oil, drop in a couple bay leaves and pour in about a cup of whatever white wine you like, cover and simmer until tender, re-season to taste, serve over rice. Might just be childhood memories, but I love this dish. Well, maybe not. My wife loves it more than I do and she never had it until after we were married.
