Well, I just busted out my lucky shirt from the 2002 6 OT Arkansas win. It has been in retirement since that win, but I feel like we need some magic here. Here is hoping for some Stocker/Simms magic just like Witten/Clausen.

I am sure during the entire situation Hamilton was just sipping tea and hoping it just sorted itself out. lol I know he isn't a good AD, but the man has more responsibilities right now than you have ever had in your entire life. I am sure he frantically did whatever he could to get us the best coach he could get.. I am guessing he knew his job was on the line. Just guessing..

Yeah, this hire is really going to save his job.

Hunter was coming to Tennessee anyway. Ambles, Hunter, Meline and Milton would have been at WR for Tennessee with Prater and Rogers being possibilities.

I'm pretty sure Hunter was headed to LSU 1st. Kiffin couldn't get Ambles so its irrevelent.

Kevin Sumlin would have been in Knoxville faster than hammy could say "Raleigh is my guy." If saving a single recruiting class hadn't been the end all be all of the search, maybe Hamilton would've done a better job.

Inexperience has little to do with turnovers.

Simms has got to learn to throw the ball quick or away when you recognize a blitz.

And you have got to attempt to score before the half to win a game when down by 20.

Exactly... Kiffy was very overrated last year. Give Dooley and this staff Berry, Williams, Hardesty, McClendon, Scott, Richards, Wes Brown, Rogan, and McCoy and they win 8 games last year.

Kiffin got Ambles at both places and Hunter silently committed to Tennessee in December. Ask LV or anyone mods on VQ. Hunter was going to switch on NSD just like JJ did the previous year. It's common knowledge on VQ, the Recruiting Forum, and LSU sites.

do you really think we're more talented and experienced than this Georgia team? If so, I really have to question your impartiality....

AJ Green is finally hitting his stride, we're outmanned, and we're young and playing that way.

Sometimes we CFB fans see things through whatever-colored-glasses. We're not very well coached recently, but we still have a roster full of quality players. Coaching changes have left you guys a little depleted for now. I think some have unrealistic expectations. It'll get better.

There's little doubt that this team is not as talented as last year's. But, (and there's no real way to prove this), I feel rather confident that the just utterly stupid mistakes that this team is making would be vastly reduced under Kiffin. We were incredibly disciplined last year.
