I remember heading into the Georgia game in '98 that everyone had written the Vols off after losing Jamal Lewis for the season. The love fest for Quincy Carter and the Dawgs was at a fever pitch. No one except diehard Vol fans picked the UT.

Then Tennessee went into Athens and dismantled UGA in one of the most dominating defensive performances I've seen.

The next day (if memory serves) the headline in the News-Sentinel was "Vols Play Like National Champions".

Similar scenario heading into the game with key players injured. Let's hope for a similar ending. :peace2:

Im sorry guys but i just think we will lose this game. I think we win out after it and still go to Atlanta b/c Florida will lose 2 SEC games. But they will beat us.
