Tell you what, if you are Tiger or Phil, you have to like the fact that you are in better shape now than you started, even with the missteps.
 
I had that feeling too, but I couldn't have imagined it imploding for him this quickly and this badly.

Considering his previous experience at Pebble Beach, no.

But you knew this was coming regardless.
 
Mickelson has gotten no breaks and is still there. He find it his day and he's paired with the likely guy he has to beat. Interesting.

I don't feel too bad for him, that's why majors are tough to win. Gotta have game and mental fortitude. Apparently he only has half the equation.

U always hope people come out and stay clutch, but not the way it works.

But you know golf. Dude is super long with great hands and feel, but only two titles. Something is an issue and, from what we've seen, it's head space and timing.

Disagree. Phil is guru'd out. Just play. Dude has otherworldly feel. Someone needs to keep his setup squared away, but he's better doing his natural thing to me. That left hand only practice stroke looks silly.
