He was a Texas Verbal then a Baylor verbal...

I dunno, IMO those are pretty big signs that he stays in-state, especially with the commit to tiny Baylor.

He gave indications he was looking elsewhere to everyone and promised everyone the same line, about bringing his parents. Not once did he follow thru
