that is pretty funny coming from you, the guy that gets pissed when someone even says one bad thing about the beloved 360 but does the same whenever he gets the opportunity.

i enjoy my expensive blu ray player almost every day, thanks. :hi:

That's nice. I enjoy being able to play better games, against more than 10 people online. Oh, and I enjoy my not expensive blu-ray player.

How am I pissed? If anything I'm happy from enjoyment of reading your stupidity.

i was refering to a while back when you told all of the ps3ers to stay out of the 360 threads and almost cried. sorry i should have made that more clear.

if it makes me stupid not to endorse a poorly built product, then so be it.

You're a homer. Sums it up. Have fun with your expensive DVD player.
So he is a homer because he prefers PS3 over 360, but you aren't a homer even though you prefer 360 over PS3? And you are talking about other peoples stupidity? Pot meet kettle.

so everytime this comes up the only thing the ps homers have to say bad about the 360 is the rrod, which i have had my xbox for over three years and no red rings. the majoriy of the games are available on both but if you want to see the real differences, other than superior online play from the xbox, just look at the stats and details between the two. xbox has a 3 core 3.2 Ghz processor/ps3 has a dual core 3.2 Ghz. xbox has twice the internal memory of the ps. the video cards are fairly similar but the ps3 RSX card runs about 10% faster than the xbox's ATI but the ATI runs at 100% efficiency all the time which the RSX does not so that's kind of another win for xbox. max video resolution however is exactly the same but the xbox runs at twice the frames per second of the ps3. the xbox will play all video formats expect for the blu ray so ps3 homers get that one. this one i can't say for certain because i haven't tried this on the ps3 but you can easily link your pc to your xbox and play videos, music or look through pictures that are on your pc via the xbox. if ps does have something like this it's not the simple 1 click here/1 click there that it is on the xbox. i personally don't care for the ps3 internet because to me it's just way too slow and it doesn't have a standard OS so that you can upgrade flash players and what not as needed, you have to wait for sony to patch it. if i really want to use my tv for my computer monitor it takes about 45 seconds to hook it up to the laptop so i don't see the ps internet as a huge up.

oh and by the way, the xbox is a bit more energy efficient if that's your thing. the ps3 uses about 29% more power while watching movies via the disk drive, which is about 93% more power than a standard blu ray player. just a couple extra random thoughts

this argument is ridiculous. it's about personal preference, right? how can someone be wrong for having their opinion?

100% true. i just think is is funny how high and mighty some of the 360 homers are. i have said it a bunch. its all about what you like and what all your friends have.

not sure, but as I said in a previous post, the addition of netflix is probably going to go a long way in determining if I go ahead and make the switch (read: I am too lazy to have my rrod fixed).
