Ok ... All you guys that are thinking the moons align and tebow gets sick and the rest of the team catches the swine flew and yada yada and we beat florida somehow ...we need to remember just how bad our qb's have been the past few years ....don't drink to much cool aid this weekend and keep it realistic if crompton can keep from loosing this game by throwing interception after interception after interception after interception maybe the vols can keep the game farely close ....but then again i'll believe it when i see it .... no matter how bad he does lane will prolly be standing there singing "stand by your man" for some reason he just doesn't realize how bad our qb's are ....

How bout you just not go to the game, not watch it on tv, not listen to it on the radio, and not start another thread with that kinda of a title ever again? How bout that?

I think he does but what is he going to do this season? Next year he'll probably hang over the reins to Stephens for a few games until Bray is comfortable with the offense and we'll see Bray from then on.

I always think we can win in college sports.

If we win it will be because of blown assignments, very lucky bounces, and poor poor officiating, but any team can win on any given saturday. I have seen it happen before.

This team should have lost last season 24-14, but due to a fumble on the goal line it was a 14 point swing. Also if we didnt punt to brandon like we were suppose to he would have never returned it.. so I guess you could take that off and say we could have lost 17-14 :D..

Anyway enough of the "what ifs" All I am saying is they didnt really own us last year "our def has their number" And it is only better this year..

in 2007 we had an interception from berry before the half and we made it like a 7 point game and then we go back in the 2nd half and fumble it and they return it back for a touchdown which demoralized us completly. I think we are in for a suprise this weekend...

UF has a 40% to beat TN by 3+ TD's, 90% chance to beat TN period... so that means if TN and Florida were to play 10 games TN would beat them once out of those 10 games..

That game is tommorow....

i just don't want to see everyone on hear frustrated and calling for heads sunday after we get beat !!! This season is a wash !!! its gonna take some time for this thing to get rolling but we will be back ... but i think it will be 2011

Florida owns Phillip Fulmer and the players he left behind. Its yet to be seen if the gators will own Lane Kiffin's Vols. They need to get in a few games to determine that yet.

Okay I missed something. I'm certain that everyone in the nation expects us to lose this game. I say if we play smart, physical football we can beat anyone. However, if we lose this game by a lot or a little there won't be anything to say because we were supposed to lose that game. All I want is a better showing against Florida than we had last week. Also remember, the Florida game does not make or break our season. Florida fans seem to believe that blowing us out is what has to be done. In some instances I feel like blowing Tennessee out is more important to them than the next 11 games they have after they play us. Titles and threads like this make people go crazy, not bad football play.

The Gator don't own anything except a state budget on the brink of B/K. And they damn sure don't own me. The game is played on the field . Not on some computer post by some one who is wrapped up in their own importance.
Just reading this you would think we just need to cancel the season, no one has a chance against the Gators. Well I refuse to believe it. GO BIG ORANGE:furious3: d

I think we may see Bray from snap #1. I believe he is supposed to be at UT in January.


I normally wouldn't say that about an incoming freshman, but our QB situation is so bad I think it may happen.

Seriously, why would you waste your time being a fan if you didn't think (delusional or otherwise) that we could win every game. I wouldn't waste my time.

OK, we are in the spot light and everyone is watching. My hope is that we will be competitive and have a respectable effort against FL....our fans there will take abuse as we all will but we need to take it and support our team...we will overcome this and be stronger for it.
Whatever happens, we are proud of our team and things are looking up.....GO VOLS!!!!
