CSS Sports ran a clip from the movie Tombstone and put Myers face over Wyatt Earp as He whiped the coward in the salon...guess who's face was being slapped... you got it.
This was the scene where Earp ask him if He is going to do anything or is He just going to stand there and bleed:banghead2:

All of this talk reminds me of the kid who runs his mouth all day in school that he's going to kick your butt.. then doesn't show up to the meeting spot afterwards..

Urban and the gators will show.. But th media needs todo the trash talking after they beat us.. It's getting old..

We know we are not to their level yet.. We will take our lumps and learn from them..

Exactly...I would love to beat the Gators with everything we have but we all know the reality of what is probable. I really feel like this game can only go up and is really a lose lose situation to FL

When we win, I'm going to spend all of Monday writing hate mail to every sports organization or writer that talked smack about us for Florida.

prime example of the media trying to hype stuff up. no matter what, these two guys are professional, (CLK, and CUM) but its bringing attention back to a game that used to determine the SEC east every year. If it was this big of a deal, i would think Gameday would probably be there

I saw that, and it just wasn't even really that funny.
The thing that is confusing to me, is why do so many people care that CLK tried to pump up his fans by talking about winning a big game? Don't most coaches have to believe that big wins are possible? Is it so taboo to actually speak to your own fans with a little confidence? He wasn't seeking out ESPN or national media when he mentioned winning at the Swamp. He was speaking to a room full of depressed/hopeful Tennessee fans.
Get over it!

Is the video online anywhere? I guess when Kiffin was talking all that chit he had to know stuff like this would happen. Sometimes you must think before you talk. Watching his press conference yesterday where he bragged constantly about FL being possibly the best team of all time, Tebow being the best college QB of all time and their 11 man D all going to the NFL I had to laugh a little thinking about what all he said a few months back. Then the announcers all started laughing about it too. Guess reality kicked in. Maybe our coach is all bark and no bite but that's better than Fulmer who didn't even bark.

Could this be the most media-promoted 28.5 point spread game ever? :)

I think so, and in the long-run it works in favor of the Vols. :good!:

Why, Johnny Ringo! You look like somebody just walked over your grave.

You're no daisy. You're no daisy at all!

I hate to say this but if Urban leaves Tebow in the game late, I say we take cheap shots at him for running up the score. I like Tebow but I hate Urban and Florida. I hate their media love fest of Tebow and would love to see the reaction of media everywhere if he was out for the year.

I wish no harm on anyone but it is football and Meyer needs to understand their can be consequences to his actions on Saturday

Make fun of us CSS, their UGA Dawgs are looking sooooo good. I hope ARK serves them up.

I dont ever think taking a cheap shot at anyone is ever justified no matter how much you dislike the coach or school if he is running up the score so be it take it 'cause Tebow isn't gonna be there forever and remeber the old saying the butt you kick today might be the one you have to kiss tomorrow!

What is CSS? Is that the low budget sports channel that everyone skips over when flipping through channels?

Once Tebow is gone don't be surprised that CUM leaves soon after - Charlie Weiss is on the hot seat once again and I seem to remember that Meyer has said ND has been a dream of his for some time. Notwithstanding the buy-out clause, if ND calls, and they might, I would not be surprised that CUM jumps again like before.

Florida has great athletes and perhaps a trained monkey could coach there and be successful but you never know what results both actions might cause.
