I'm for Tennessee. In everything. Always.

I neither predict them to lose, nor listen to those cowardice fools who do so as a means of preemptively disassociating themselves from the very institution to which they otherwise rush to exclaim their undying loyalty and devotion. Foolishly, they believe that the accuracy of their doomsday prognostications will somehow insulate them from the sting of defeat.

I say that if the if you can assuage the sting which accompanies a Tennessee loss - you didn't really care to begin with, and should just (finally) admit it, if only to yourself.

Whether the doomsday prediction is couched in terms of, "just being objective / facing reality / facts" or "I want them to win, but....." it all means the exact same thing, ultimately: You're either a coward or a liar - or both.

Me? I'm for Tennessee.

And neither the Swamp, nor Meyer nor Tebow nor anyone or anything in this world is going to stop or subdue that in me. Personally, I refuse to either shirk or hedge my loyalty for any reason - and damn sure won't cash it in for the likes of Florida and its cast of clowns.

I won't if #8 is under center - because I don't care what kind of head case he is, how poorly he reads defenses or any one of a thousand other things that he doesn't do well, if at all. When he steps across that white line, he's my guy, and I'm ready to go to war with him - just as I am with anyone else who has on an orange, "T" on their helmet, shirt, bumpersticker, hat, tux lapel or bib overalls.

I am for Tennessee. If at all possible, to infinity. If necessary, alone.

For those who don't share my beliefs, I didn't care what you had to say before your mind had formulated the means by which to say it - so, F both you, and your mother, respectively.

Go. Big. Orange.

Same here. I live in Miami and hear all the bull**** from Canes, gators and Seminole fans all the time but I let them know that Tennessee had football tradition before they even knew what football was!!! Hell, Canes only still get like 40,000 fans if they are lucky. I will always bleed orange and love my state, my city "Chattanooga" and my people no matter what. Our time will come, believe me!! There is too much support, money and tradition to allow it to fail!!! Go Vols!!!! :good!:

Alcohol is an excellent temporary assuaging agent. I'm pretty sure it only enhances my fanhood too, not diminishes it.

I'm for Tennesse on the Reg!! Haha nice picture...In some weird way, I believe Kiffin didn't give Florida anything on tape vs UCLA for a good reason. Maybe, he thought if we played them close and Crompton threw 3 picks in a row, everyone would have the same reaction as last year(including Vegas). Therefore, we will surprise Florida Saturday and Kiffin Will look like a Genius as He sing's Rocky Top all night long. Let's Go Vols!!

Rev....are you suggesting we lost to UCLA on purpose in hopes of beating Florida?

I thought the same the thing, well not that we tried to lose but that we were holding a lot back trying not to show anything and then UCLA snuck up and bit us.

This might be the best thing I have ever seen written.

That has to be the dumbest remark I have ever seen posted here.
