Gerrymandering in Virginia

Understood, from other perspectives, but when you've had family gunned down by hate fueled gunmen, you cheer.
and what about those of us who have had family shot when they weren't allowed to have a gun and defend themselves and their/our loved ones? I guess those lives don't matter.

I am wondering how they defined "weapons designed to inflict the most casualties". and how SEMI automatic weapons and magazines fit in there. hopefully, for their sake, the actual law is written better. great for us if it isn't.

if I was dead set on doing the most damage, I wouldn't want to use either.
It is defined as any weapon that fires faster than a muzzle loader.

AP ran a story the other day on how destructive a Muzzleloader round could be. So expect them to come after them next.

Excerpt:

HALIFAX, N.C. (AP) — With 165 grains of black powder in the barrel, a .75-caliber Brown Bess flintlock musket like the ones the redcoats carried in 1776 can hurl a lead ball at a velocity of around 1,000 feet (305 meters) per second.

Imagine what that can do to a human body. Now, imagine that it’s almost completely exempt from gun regulations.

How can that be? Well, under federal and most state laws, many antique or replica guns aren’t technically considered firearms. In most places, even convicted felons can own them.

Link: Muskets like those from 1776 are mostly exempt from today’s gun laws

The ends justifying the means theory applies here.

From the article:

Democrats’ legal strategy in the Virginia redistricting dispute, if measured against the standards they imposed on Republicans, would warrant the professional ruin of everyone involved.

Strategy discussions involving Virginia Democrats, Jeffries, and other Democratic officials reportedly explored an extraordinary plan after the Virginia Supreme Court invalidated a congressional map favorable to their party. Rather than limiting themselves to appeals, the discussions involved lowering the mandatory retirement age for Virginia Supreme Court justices from 73 to 54, precisely the threshold necessary to immediately remove the entire sitting bench. A temporary legislative majority could then refill the court with sympathetic judges who would reverse the redistricting decision.

What law are you worried about wrt this threat?
Well your post doesn't really make sense but what I am really worried about is the commies/socialist destroying my country. Show me one time when that ideology hasn't destroyed a nation. It is disturbing that subversives are being elected all over our country.

It makes sense if you look at the posts you're working. You seen to take lots of detours then claim victory over something no one brought up. Very pigeon like
