NFL teams are worried about him having a possible degenerative knee condition that is totally unrelated to his torn ACL. Playing last year wouldn't have influenced those concerns.Just a guess but the medical stuff could've scared a lot of people (same with Smith). The difference is he could've shown he was the same CB by playing. I think his agent got scared saw "he would've been first CB taken" and said we'll consider that to still be true.
@TN-POSSUM ...We are gonna need a Sharon Stone leg crossing gif with @Freak's avi in a couple different places...lolErotic thriller like Basic instinct IMHO
Intense international thriller when blocking bots. Comedic relief when bouncing posts to the off-topic/political thread. Dystopian sci-fi when it’s revealed that 99 percent of posters are AI and @frank is actually Sally.

Correct. The ACL injury is NOT what NFL teams are concerned about with respect to McCoy. They believe he may have a degenerative knee condition unrelated to the ACL. Playing last year (or even another year in college) would have done absolutely nothing to change those concerns.Play or no play the NFL teams would've still been alarmed by the bone plug in his knee... Still would've dropped due to those concerns.
Not playing had ZERO to do with McCoy not going in the 1st round. If he had played and played well for three games, he would have been drafted last night. Again, this happens to players all the time who don’t workout for nfl teams and come back from injury without film. I thought hood at a better shot and was hoping he would be taken. We need more players to be drafted. It was obvious McCoy wasn’t gonna be a first rounder the day he decided to not play. Ask anyone who has played at the highest level.
