2026 Vols Transfer Portal Thread

I really feel Lundblade is the biggest steal in the transfer portal.

Dude is an Elite Shooter whom could probably start for any Division l team.

Glad Barnes locked him down early.
I feel the exact opposite. I’m not even sure he will be playable against elite competition. Liability on defense.

I think the biggest steal was Haralson. Highest upside of all the gets so far imo.

Somebodies electricity bill went up $1 for you to do that.

Hope it was a Vandy fan
If every AI query cost $1 we would all be bankrupt and living in a forever blackout lol

The median energy cost of an ai query is .24 watt hours and the average energy cost in us markets is 18 cents per kwh. I’ll let you do the math but needless to say, driving to the grocery store in your pickup truck has an exponentially higher energy cost. Rest easy, friend.

He’s not being asked to be the #1 scoring option so defenders won’t be able to just focus on him with Hill, Ames, and possibly Harris in the back court.

Also, Barnes is not going away from his defensive philosophy.

I don’t expect him to be an all SEC defender but a serviceable one at that.

Think our number one scoring option will go through juke Harris or and Nate ament if he comes back

I tend to agree. With how he performed his freshman season this year, the guy could literally reach phenom status with us next season.

You took me seriously?

Defense is coachable. The kid was his conference's best player. Don't overthink it!
We've seen Barnes turn guys into better defenders. I'll take my chances with a guy that can shot the 3 like Lundblade. We need the offense. Now that’s (offense) something I don't want to take a chance on improving

Yes. He’s legit one of the worst defenders in the country even at the mid major level.
You've only been beating this drum for 2 weeks now. Maybe you should be a little more dramatic and see if you can get Barnes to rescind his NIL and scholarship where you can be happy and we can sign a 25% shooter instead. I mean seriously, if any of us can't trust Barnes about defense by now, then we're the problem. Not Barnes or whoever he signs.

DK couldn't play D either, he turned as a so-so player.

I haven't been this excited with a lineup since we almost had that super team of Banchero, Smith, Holmgren and a couple of others a few years back

This team is looking pretty legit. Just need some more size down low. I think it would be neat if we got that 7-5 center out of USC
Yeah, anyone know if we’re talking to him/his agent, or any other “bigs” of significance?
