That’s what I thought too at one time until I was embarrassed by someone who posted a link that had my article from facebook debunked as a lie and made up just for clicks to the article. That’s why I asked earlier in my original post if there was any kind of confirmation as the story being true about coach Kim Caldwell.

That's a good one. I knew they looked familiar but couldn't quite place them. Damn, Lee Majors has aged in the past ten years. This was him in 2017:

Lady Vols and Lipscomb has resumed their softball game from yesterday’s weather delay. I picked it up B 3rd with the Vols up 11-0. Going to the T 4th with the LVs batting. I’m watching the game on Hulu.

With the game being 11-0 Coach Weekly has replaced a lot of starters with bench warmers to give them some playing time experience which will be valuable to the squad down the line.

The LVs softball team will be travelling to MS St to play tomorrow night. That will be a late afternoon start. The LVs are off to their best season ever with a win today. They’re looking to go 25-0.

Final: 12-0. Lady Vols wins #25 game. MS ST tomorrow starts at 7 ET. The Lady Vols are overwhelming every team so far. Ralph Weekly was asked why this team is better than other teams in LVs history and he believes its in this year’s pitching lineup.

Just saw on Facebook that Tennessee will part ways with LVs head coach Kim Caldwell this weekend after a terrible 7 game losing streak and fans freaking out over it. My question is has anyone seen any kind of verification of this being true or false ?

If true I hope they negotiated a greatly reduced buyout. Need to get the costs associated with that program under control. Know they've got loyal fans, but they take funds that would be better used elsewhere.
