The Atlanta Braves

Austin could go stand in LF again

Just have Yaz/White (then Dubon when Kim gets back) in LF and put Parades at DH. Murphy's not coming back till June and he's a 30 something catcher coming off hip surgery. If you need to trade Parades at the deadline, then you can do it. But you can't put yourself in a hole like you did last year. With Profar gone, this 7-9 isn't good.

That can work. Parades walks 11% of the time and strikes out 17% of the time. The lineup desperately needs that.

Probably not a good option, but I think Alvarez getting every day AB's in left and then signing McCutchen to DH with Yaz might be the move. I don't have much hope in Nacho but he's 23 and has a good track record in the minors. Give him 2 months and see what happens.
We would be better off putting Riley at DH and letting Alvarez rack up some defensive value.

How is Profar being a moron AA's fault?

Many across baseball viewed it as a good signing when it happened
If raw dog from the internet can see that this dork was juiced (I literally called it when we signed him and I’m fighting the urge to not bump it again) I’d like to think that a freakin general manager of a professional baseball team should’ve as well.

AA SUCKS!!!

Not to mention, every single other general manager not touching him with a 39 1/2 foot pole.

That was my next bullet.

We signed him late for very little (considering the season he had). Fresh off Tatis’ freakin dad revamping his swing which is so laughable I can hardly type it out. Which just so happened to coincide with Tatis getting blasted for PEDs.

He was barreling towards the second half of his career in the Mexican leagues when he got desperate, and we being the cheapest riverboat gamblers on earth decided to make the call and it paid off for him.

Then he got greedy, and then he got greedy again.
