Went up against two NFL games that Saturday, ever going beat the NFL in viewership head to head...

The obvious answer to people wanting the REGULAR SEASON to matter is for CFP to go BACK down to just 4 teams and those 4 teams would be the Conference Champions of the SEC, BIG TEN, ACC and BIG 12.... Then people would be begging for a 16 team playoff...

I just looked at their schedule. Miami at home is their biggest game. They are pathetic and should be considered a FCS team.

Just like last year, if Miami beats them, they will still claim that they should be in above Miami. They would have been better off in the ACC last year.

I totally agree. The conference championship games would become de facto playoff games. The regular season conference records become super important and the bowl games would still have quality matchups and be relevant. If Neutre Lame wants in, get in a conference.
If nothing else this season should put to bed the argument against the conference champions playoff that "deserving" G5 schools will be left out. This year proves that they can not compete, if they think they can join a P4 conference. No more welfare bids.

The losers would be, but ten they dis not win enough to make the required games. You could have a 40 team playoff and you who have someone who would want a 41 team playoff. Sti with what we have and screw the extra $$$ the added games generate.

Sankey needs to be fired for letting the gumps play a 10 day rental, mid season acquisition, "professional" player tomorrow. It's cheating and the conference commissioner hasn't said anything about it. . Sankey is supposed to represent all the teams, not just 1. This whole conference revolves around alabama. I'd love for 12 TRUE Southern teams to break away from the SEC and leave the gumps to play with Tejas and the other moochers.

And......

Why isn't anyone talking about Greg Sankey during all these bama shenanigans? He needs to feel the wrath of VOLtwitter just as much as the Tuscaloosar judge/Ua booster, nate oates, and the dude playing. The NCAA has a chance to do the right thing and punish the tide, but they won’t. They'll come after us for something Pruitt did 6 years ago.


Get the SEC out of the state of alabama or get TENNESSEE away from the gumps
