Didn’t I read somewhere that he likes to play more bear fronts? Maybe just 5 man fronts and not having a S walking down.

We talked to top QB’s , RB’s , DL Etc every year. We’ve landed very few if any.

We’ll see if were trying any harder this year or not.

I hope so. I don't buy into the Heupel hotseak talk, but I do believe he's starting to feel the heat. Also, we didn't have the scholarship availability to go heavy in the portal the last few years. With rosters expanding to 105, that gives us a little more leeway. We may look back on it and the Vandy ass beating we took may have been what the decision makers needed to see. Going 8-5, losing back to back games and not beating a team with a winning record can't contiyto happen.

He is right more than he's not. We now have the room to add, where we didn't the last few years. Not that we will ever use the full 105, it makes adding in the portal doable now.

Idk who is coaching special teams but we need someone with an actual scheme there too. First 4 years of Heup ST was a big plus, this year it was just there, if not a negative.
