Nah. It’s just overshadowed by all the transfers form regular college.

Exactly. Which is why the talent at the JUCO level has dried up. Now, with the portal, schools can go pluck players from lower lever NCAA schools, not JUCOs.

With the rule where juco doesn't count against eligibility, I don't see why you wouldn't look at them.

We lost both R. Brown and Cadillac because Rotnie and Auburn were throwing around some serious $$$$$$$$$ back in the day!!! I know that Cadillac was committed to us for the longest time and R. Brown may have been committed at one point too. Lost 'em BOTH. Hmmmmmm...

There are still occasionally folks at Coffeyville, and others like the one in MS.

Joey Aguilar was a JUCO player, hence the lawsuit.

Since the transfer portal only comes into play just once a year in January, would it still be correct that you could still pickup two year JUCO players way into the offseason?

I wonder if we are going to see the end of academic requirements since the only path to a career in the nfl is through college. With all of the students rights to earn money these days, doesn’t everyone get a chance to earn money?

Boy, he did. We got a stacked RB class, but Auburn snatched both crown jewels from it and truly may have changed Phil's trajectory.

Not NIL as much as portal. Majority of JC players go G5 or lower route.. Most P5 schools are filling spots by the portal and not JC..

Since the portal, juco has been about obsolete. We have had some good ones through the years
