Hard to say on that one if everything stated there is true. He may just be a random guy from NJ on the rowing team who likes to shoot? If so he made a terrible decision to bring a vest and AR15 on a college campus in 2025. When the Feds get done scouring his S.M. and phone I bet they get to the bottom of it. Firearms charges are usually federal and so is anything terrorism related.
