Random, Thoughts, X,XXIV

Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my wife's passing....we are remote because of snow forecast, and I think I'd rather be at school and around people....I got a good report from the cardiologist today....need to work on the A1C now and get through tomorrow
Can’t even imagine what you are going through.
Still so sorry

I'm actually thinking about declaring a deduction on my taxes next year for my beer expenses. What do you think the feds will say
“This is how much you owed and failed to pay, this amount is the interest due, and this amount is the total penalties. This will meet your obligation if paid in full by this date. Payment must be processed on the date. Failure to comply will incur additional interest and penalties.”

"Dear ma'am,
Drinking that piss water doesn't excuse you from paying taxes. If we had our way we would bill you double in hopes you would stop drinking that crap.

There is also no deductions for those dildo's or rubber blowup men dolls.

Get a life."

Crazy article in The NY Times about the US losing a nuke on a Himalayan peak.

One of my old climbing partners is in the article. He told me stories about this back in the late 90s. He and another climber I knew talked about hauling plutonium up peaks during the Cold War.

Well, the Sherpas were carrying the plutonium and most of them died over time as a result.

Why would a nuclear weapon be on the Himalayan peak?

Wild! There is a hydrogen bomb buried in the marshes around Savannah that fell out of a plane in the 50s. The military said it was not fully armed and quit looking for it.
