I think they are misreading the intent of the rule, it didn't give you a 13 game to play in Alaska or Hawaii, it gives you the option if you have played a game in Alaska or Hawaii

I had to check every source I have to make sure no one has said Moa was leaving after leaving all those sites comfortable he hasn't said anything either way and will sign either tomorrow or Friday, which was still the case. Did you read this? Did someone say we lost Moa?
