Backing up what Matt Ray said yesterday....Chad Simmons said those he's spoken to in Knoxville expect Moa to sign this week with the Vols.

On Sunday

I talked with him earlier. He told me he had a good visit to Michigan and it was a cool experience to see that game in the snow but he is excited to sign with Tennessee on Wednesday. Still some time to the finish line, so as always in this modern world of recruiting, you never say never. But as of right now it seems like Vols are in shape to hold on there.

I do not expect Salesi Moa to sign today. His dad told with me they are in a holding pattern. Utah has made a run at him so barring a change it sounds like Thursday or Friday for his decision.
