That’s fine. Cjh needs to trust his staff and he needs to oversee the progress. Nothing wrong with him working closely with the OC but he needs not to be the OC.

Also needs to brush up on clock management and end of game critical moments.

What other elite defenses has this offense scored 40 against? Check that just 30? I want to see it succeed but Heup buries weak opponents with 50-70 point games to prop up the numbers. In games against teams with winning records, which means they at least have decent defenses, we averaged 28 ppg.
How do you define "elite" defense?
How do you define "succeed"?

Can the offense "succeed" but the game still be lost?

41 on Georgia this year, the most they’ve given up. The only other team to even get to 30 against them was Ole Miss.

He left Ohio St to go to the NFL..Why would he leave there to come here? Ohio St is the much better job, he would have stayed there if he wanted to stay in college. He absolutely hates to recruit.
Dude moves around more than Kiffin.
College NFL college, HC, OC, NFl.

You have no idea what he might do, neither does he

It would be our luck that Florida brings him in as OC and he absolutely kills it. Not saying that he would, but we really don’t know how good or bad that he is since Heupel handles playcalling.
Maybe UF is looking for insight into how Heupel operates so they can incorporate some of his philosophy into their offense?

As much as I like Golesh, I almost hope he fails at Auburn!

The way some of you twist in the wind to promote and make excuses for him is comical!
Well they're on next year's schedule so yeah, I hope he fails miserably. Can only try to imagine our fans if Golesh comes into our stadium and dog walks Heupel. Geez. What a nightmare that would be.
