I'm not aware the young lady in question worked for Ole Miss, which would be a problem.

I'm not defending Kiffin showing his ass and there are authorities and restraining orders if she needs them to stop his immaturity.

Guess what? I can also comment and have opinions on sports, politics, law, and a lot more.

I hated that someone shot up a birthday party and killed kids in Stockton CA this weekend and I can have an opinion on it...just like 9/11 or my neighbor's divorce or any other topic.

And i can correctly call out deviant or unlawful behavior

If any of it ACTUALLY happened (I have my doubts), OM already covered it up lol. (Theoretically)

Everything is under a mountain of NDAs for both parties.

OM is really gonna come out and say-

"Hey, we covered up misdeeds by our horndog coach to allow him to continue his PR campaign that he was a changed man. Broke any number of NCAA and federal regulations in doing so- but now we want him to be punished !"

Better chance of me winning both the Powerball and Moneyball grand prizes this week.

If im due a performance bonus at my job but another job wants me to start before the year is over, im going to make them cover that performance bonus if i have to leave my current job early.

Its no different from people who work thru end of year bonus and then leave jobs.
