Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

We all know who calls the offense. Would love to hire someone though with a lot of experience and maybe HC experience who could help Heupel game plan and also in-game with timeout and clock management etc.
you mean someone like Jim Chaney....happens to be an offensive analyst at UT since Sept.

You do realize Maye dad and several kids have played decades of ball at UNC, so I doubt it.

They live in Charlotte area and are diehard tar heels.

Maye is the youngest of four brothers: Luke and Beau played basketball at UNC, with the former shooting a buzzer beater in the Elite Eight en route to winning the 2017 national championship.[47] Another brother, Cole, was a pitcher on the Florida Gators baseball team which won the 2017 College World Series.[1]

Drake grew up family friends with quarterback Mason Rudolph, as their fathers played together at UNC.[48] Drake's father Mark played quarterback at North Carolina (UNC) in the 1980s prior to playing briefly with the Tampa Bay Buccaneersand Raleigh–Durham Skyhawks.[1] Drake Maye is good friends with Sam Howell, who preceded him as starting quarterback at UNC.

They’re UNC royalty.

This is the greatest job I've had this week...

Ew. That was super painful to watch. He couldn’t stand still. Was literally choking on his words. Someone wrote that for him and it’s clear he didn’t feel or believe anything he was saying. The Nick Saban school of coaching speak and hand gestures was cringe too.

He may be a good offensive mind. He may be a talented salesman, I mean recruiter. But man if anything is clear about this it’s that he is getting paid an absurd amount of money to be there and I would venture to say he’s already in over his head. Maybe he wins a championship there, if orgeron could do it why not him. But I’m also willing to bet he just as equally likely crashes and burns.

Get your popcorn ready. Can’t wait for his team to show up to Knoxville next fall.

I do, like @Glocker_Alum_2005 said, I was thinking of Howell

LSU is Ole Miss's biggest rival and most hated team. Imagine what this sounds like to the people he just dicked.
A slap in the face. Bulletin board material galore. And LSU plays at Ole Miss next year.

Lane Kiffin will play at Ole Miss and at Tennessee in his first season as LSU head coach.

Giddy up.

Note: an otherwise “easy schedule” in this new 9 sec game era. His hardest games (bama, Texas, tamu) are all at home. Clemson and Miss st at home too. Road games at Arkansas, Auburn, ole miss, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

Did not say to keep them all..............Chop is one person....................I like Inge and the freshman will get better...........the issue is the guys we had before Inge got here......................also know when you have to start freshman in the SEC it is not good............Inge and Chop are getting some players and they will teach them to do what you want.......................as far as DB's fire Tim Banks
Disagre. We had Less talented LBs before Inge who looked better than the 4****s we have under him. 4 and 5 star Edges haven’t looked good to me either.

So 7:30 pm night games for bama, Texas, tamu at home. Noon Road games at Arkansas, Auburn, and Kentucky. 3:30 games for ole miss and Tennessee. All night games in the drunk stadium and day games on road….Opposite of UT this year.

I didn’t think KenSucky would do this well.

  • Family ties: Stein's father, Matt Stein, was a defensive player for the Wildcats in the 1980s. Both of Will Stein's parents are graduates of the University of Kentucky.
  • Childhood roots: He grew up in Louisville and regularly attended Kentucky football games with his family.
  • Coaching aspirations: Despite his Louisville playing career, he reportedly grew up as a die-hard UK fan and had attended games at the Commonwealth Stadium since he was a child.

Boo hoo? I think your loud mouth can deal with some disgruntled fans as you count your 14 million dollars a year.

Kitselman started because Davis has been injured 75% of his time here.

And I know its easy to hate, but lets not act like MK hasn't been a solid player for us.
I think as a los te that isn't asked to do a ton as a receiver. Good blocker. Average, or maybe better said inconstant, pass catcher. Terrible tackler.
