This is what we really need. A true GM. It’s worked really well for Oklahoma this year. And as college sports become more about roster management, we need someone dedicated to this.
That personality aside part is what makes people question if Heup will ever be on top.Heupel is a clone of Kriffen, personality aside.
He’s a horrible human being. I would not want him anywhere near my university. He’s an immature attention seeking sociopath. He’s untrustworthy and simply only cares about himself. I would stay with Ole Miss and see if I could win a championship with them. They have given him everything he’s wanted and he’s stabbing them in the back and sabotaging their playoff chances. He has absolutely no character.Serious question, why all the hate for Lame in this situation or is it all just leftover hate for UT situation? He seems to have grown as most of us have but in this situation I don’t see what he has done wrong. Here is my earlier post where I seriously want someone to tell me what they would have done.
I probably would have made the same decision as Lame.
I know not to trust RGW, but this would create an opening for Grumers!!! That would be an exciting offseason.

I have no idea! It’s actually kind of scary to think about. However, I still think we have the best in the business that would lead the coaching search and he would find an excellent replacement.Say there is smoke to Heupel and Penn St., where dos Danny White go? I do think the job is way more attractive now than 2021.

My gosh I can see him now pulling up to recruits homes with a Brinks truck and saying in his ******** voice, "You know, a few years ago, I came to these fine high school players' homes with a plain brown paper bag, now I can just pull the truck up into your driveway!"Ed O could be scary in NIL world where money is wide open.
It was way more than a couple drops.Anyone saying Mike needs to transfer don't know ball. You seen him drop a couple bad passes, sure? Did you see the impactful blocking, his route running, how he is as a teammate, his potential in this offense, some nasty catches he did have? You want him gone? That's about stupid. Our recruits should be allowed to have human mistakes without us calling for his head and making these kids feel like they're not wanted here.
I understand Boo's situation bc of his personality & his decisions during the season.
Lift Mike up, he doesn't deserve to be shunned and hope that he transfers. He is a good player and will be for another team if you push him away.
