But don't know why they can't hire Kififin. Will sell out the stadium against Tennessee in a 3 win season to witness a historic loss, but won't give a dime to NIL. This is their boosters' mentality too. They like when the money they give Florida has kickbacks tied to it or tax write-offs.

He's Miike Gundy at a place you can win in the NIL era. Several open jobs tried to hire him. You can basically say he turned them all down to stay at Vandy. There's a reason a coach does that that doesn't have anything to do with the fact they went there. I don't think Cig went to Indiana. Kiffin didn't go to Ole Miss.

It sound like this poster is trying to calm people down but has no idea whats going on.

1. Trying to shift blame off of the administration and blaming Kiffin for not choosing them.
2. Setting expectations to be lowered.
3. Making people believe the coach will be underwhelming but will convince superstar coordinators to join him. Didn't Sunbelt Hilly have the biggest support staff in the country haha?

This is exactly what he's doing. I forget which booster this is but Gator fans know who he is and he's, of course, in lock-step with the UAA.

What he isn't saying and what no one is saying is who the guy they apparently have lined up to hire who has an OC and DC in mind is.

Matt Moscona, who hosts the Locked on LSU podcast and is very reliable when it comes to news re: LSU, said last night he’s still saying Kiffin will be the next HC but things are going to get very interesting if Ole Miss wins today. Made it very clear to LSU fans that if Ole Miss wins the Egg Bowl that there is a very good chance Kiffin stays where he is. Said he’s been told that Lane is really torn.

I don't know if you've noticed but I keep up with the coaching searches going on. No open job is going after Josh Heupel because none expect to be able to hire him. I'm not psychic, I'm just not dumb. An open job that could hire Heupel away would have to be a better opportunity than the one he's got. There are no open jobs like that.

If you gave a million dollars to a school… Would you want to give a non deductible contribution gift or a 370k tax savings contribution? And that’s just for fed. If they have a state income tax, it could be 400k plus. Anyone who gives a lot of money will want it to be back door to NIL for the savings.

What this guy has done is gone from suggesting to his audience Kiffin was definitely going to LSU, and now he's saying this which is just covering his own butt. None of those locked on podcasts are independent from the narrative whichever school they are associated wants pushed. They do a lot of making declarations to fire up fans they usually have to try to excuse away or just say they were wrong. But they are wrong as often on purpose as they are right. I don't watch any of them anymore.

To answer your question, I want the tax write-off every time if I'm someone who donates to a University. But I'm never going to be in that position. I wouldn't give that much money to a school if I had it and I'm not knocking anyone who does. I think there's a lot more good I could do with that money and it's a lot of money and could help a lot of people.

I didn't understand your last sentence.

Vandy would love a coach with Campbell‘s history. They would be a tough out most years. I don’t understand why the kids on this site dont understand how difficult it is to win at schools like Iowa St, Vandy, Miss. st., etc. new cheating rules now make it easier to be competitive if you have a sugar daddy or two .

I think a lot of them think it's more difficult to win at Vandy now than it really is.

While I will agree with you re: Locked On podcasts, I’ve listened to him for years and he’s always been spot on when it comes to stuff with that program. It’s nit just football. He’s very locked in with every sport at LSU. He hasn’t changed his mind either. He’s been saying from the very beginning that until the ink is dry anything can happen. He never said that Kiffin is a done deal. He just said he still believes Kiffin will be the next HC but that after talking to someone close to the Ole Miss program he’s not as confident as he was earlier this week.

He also said that Sumrall is the target for Ole Miss, Florida and Auburn if Kiffin stays at Ole Miss. Said Auburn has supposedly given Sumrall a deadline of this weekend to give them an answer or they’re moving on.

I haven’t researched this but a buddy of mine told me interesting facts. 1. Every year that has ended in a 5, a running back has won the Heisman Trophy. 2. Every year a Pope has died, Notre Dame has gone 9-3 or maybe has had 3 losses. When he told me earlier, “I said there is no running back in the running, but Notre Dame might go 9-3.” Of course, now Love is getting talked about for the Heisman and Nortre Dame would have to lose to Stanford in an upset to go 9-3, but they will more than likely lose and have 3 losses. 🤔

Understand, my King, that even the movie Idiocracy is intentional propaganda. I have seen the film. Lots of parts are very misleading.

It's what is called a Limited Hangout.

They reveal enough of the truth to convince you of the rest of what they are telling you which are lies. Easy to research the concept and once you know to look for them you see them EVERYWHERE.

But the phenomenon you're describing is true. That's why the movie sells itself. It's just the men behind the phenomenon also finance those films.
