I think TX offense looks better this year so far

No they don’t. Same Texas. It will fade off once they get into SEC play. UCLA couldn’t get going on offense so they basically quit playing defense. Betts and the guard Walker are out there trying to play 2 vs 5.

The thing with the LVs system is the games are typically close when we face other top teams. I truly hope CKC and the staff get to this film for not only UCLA but Texas.
We tend to make games harder to win than they should be.
Also, our post players are ranked higher and have as much if not more talent than Texas post players.
The guards get critiqued a lot but it’s our post players that just need to play decent basketball in terms of rebounding and defense.

Texas defense had a similar play against Talaysia Cooper with a player diving into her knee on the road last season. I hope Betts elbow injury isn’t too severe.
It’s called tough defense because officials give them the benefit of the doubt but at what point does it cross the line.
Lets hope Betts is able to return to this game.

We need to focus on the talent that is here at Tennessee. We have the personnel to beat any team.
I haven’t seen anything Booker does that Cooper couldn’t do playing 30-35 mins per game. Or for that matter what Lee and Carlton are doing at Texas we could get that out of Mia Pauldo, Prawl, and Civil if we used players to the advantage of their skillset and not only to fit a system.
