I wonder if FSU admin knows Norvell isn't the problem. I don't think Norvell is a bad coach. I don't think he's an elite coach either but usually winning and losing is most effected by how talented your roster is. And the only way to acquire that talent is $. We've spent long enough in this system now that we can fairly comfortably say the programs with resources are winning and the ones without aren't, and coaching seems to only marginally effect that. The 3 coaches prior to Brian Kelly won titles at LSU.

Could be but in 2023 and 2024 they had the 3rd ranked class in the ACC. In 2025 the 2nd ranked class in the ACC.

In 2024 they had the 7th ranked portal class in the country. In 2025 they had the 6th ranked portal class in the country.

They’ve gone 3-13 in the ACC the last 2 years.
