The thread title is a bit much, but spending the entire second half trying not to score is a legitimate concern to a degree. Style points can influence bowl selection, just reality. And we’ve seen more than one instance where Heupel’s over-conservative play calling with a lead has almost cost us the game. Nothing wrong with adding a couple more TD’s, just saying. Having said that, Go Big Orange, now go hurt Pavia’s feelings!!!

Joey Aguilar took a blindside shot to the back and took a hit to the helmet on a clearly late.

As someone who has sat through two decades of $hitty games against Florida I am at a loss how we didn’t score over fifty. Killer coaches score on that last drive. Definitely disappointed.

If you were disappointed tonight, then you need to find something else to do with your time. Because Fanning is not for you. Tennessee jumped out to an immediate huge lead and we didn’t have to be nervous at all during this entire game. We as fans were relaxed the entire time. Scoring in the second half did not matter. Running clock did.

More important than scoring that last drive, I was impressed how we kept getting first downs and didn’t punt. We salted the game away and they couldn’t stop us from getting first downs. That drives defenses crazy. Go Vols! We kicked their arse!!!!!
