Yeah, if she chooses someone else, we have at most 8 players returning for next season, that is if Cooper doesn’t decide to go to WNBA. With the two signees, we’re looking at 5 to 6 open roster spots for portal, and 7/8 new players to get used to the “system” again next year.

I explained why yours is not any different from mine. The reason being there are like 10 teams or more where she has followed numerous people and coaches. Even if it becomes Texas it will certainly be for another reason beside following. Plus I really don't care how you feel about my post or your explanation.

If none then we'll be needing to portal some post players. We have two you would like to have four. We have to hope Cooper is not leaving and try to find a couple of athletic three point shooters.

They should have enough money for her and portal players, other schools are able to pay top recruits and portal, why can’t we? We only have 1 top 2026 recruit that was top dollar.

Did you even pay attention to the statement of yours which I highlighted in bold when I replied to your post? Let me paste it here. "It seems if you were picking someone else then it would be on the last day so you could sign the papers and avoid people begging you to change your mind.

I stated nothing about that in my prior posts; all I talked about was what I saw on Instagram. What you are stating makes no sense. Whether she signed on the first day or the last day, it's official. Doesn't matter who begs her to change her mind or when. It's done when she signs.

I guess we can, but I think you always have a stopping point with any player. There is also a possibility that we offered the most and she just didn't want to come here. I know we got out of the Jones bidding and she ended at Clemson. She would've been in the same category as this player.

I do agree with that, you don’t just overpay anyone, only certain players are worth breaking the bank over.

I think we got a couple that don't fit have to see how it goes this season. I see three that should be here after this season.

Hope a few more than that. Having a system with such a steep learning curve and where you can’t plug and play, like say TCU, only having three back would be painful.
