You can use your elbow (for example) to push a facemask down, but as long as you don't grasp and pull, no foul.

Going forward, it seems if a player pulls this you have to pull the scholarship and NIL incentives. Remove them from the team for the full year. There has to be someone to stand up to this mess. Boo and his crazy mom cratered this season for him.
