....yet. I believe he is waiting for the most politically advantageous time. Like right before the next election. It's obvious he (Trump) isn't in there. But why didn't the Dimwits release them when he was but a candidate?

I hope he buries a ton of the democrat high command.

Ghislaine Maxwel ( Jeffrey Epstein’s partner ) was arrested on July, 2nd 2020 was sentenced to prison on June 28 2022.

When you are sentenced this begins a tiny clock .

And this tiny clock counts down the days that you have to APPEAL your case .

To APPEAL a case means that you have reason to believe and feel you can absolutely prove that you were wrongly convicted and should be granted a new day in court to make your case .



Now , until that APPEAL clock runs out of time involving a high profile case such as this one the court often does a thing called “ SEALing” the evidence .

Which means it cannot be made public because it could be used to sway potential new jurors at your APPEAL trial .

Does that make sense ?



Okay , so the date that that tiny clock went to for Ghislaine Maxwell to be able file an APPEAL was APRIL 10 ,2025.

Ms. Maxwell did file an APPEAL by that date and her APPEAL was denied by the Supreme Court on OCTOBER 6, 2025



With that ruling leaving her with no avenue to further APPEAL her case , the evidence would no longer be required to be SEALED.

And that is EXACTLY why no files were released during the Biden term from January 2021- January of 2025





A great simple way to remember is also

When a judge is dealing with a high profile case often times

APPEAL needs A SEAL

No APPEAL - No SEAL

Do you have any knowledge of whether an order to seal was issued in this case? If so, when was the order lifting the seal effective?

Or, are you just making assumptions about what *may* have happened here?

(I am not trying to be argumentative, though the discussion forum layout makes it read that way, I am just unclear if you are speculating as to a potential reason, or if you have actual knowledge of this happening the way you say it did. Court records should surely make it clear as to what happened here.)
