They’re in for a long season. Watching them was a little painful yesterday. Certainly doesn’t help they are missing their two best guard options (Kroenke out for season and Tyler hasn’t played yet).

They looked disjointed and stiff on offense. Everyone is so concerned with executing whatever she’s calling from the sideline that they aren’t playing basketball and making reads. Shooting was poor and shot selection was worse. They had twice as many turnovers as UCA and only forced 7 against a team of scrubs who have hardly played together.

She called several defensive sets and they executed them well and forced a tough shot from a tough spot but they failed to secure the rebound and gave up second chance points on easy put backs.

That was a hallmark of her issues at UT. We just didn’t finish plays and didn’t finish games under her leadership. Culminating in the infamous loss to South Caroline off the Cardoso three pointer we inexplicably didn’t guard.

Nobody dislikes Kellie as a person. It’s ok to dislike her coaching ability. It wasn’t effective at Tennessee and will be grossly ineffective at MIZZOU. Just not sure why she wants to beat her head against the wall. P4 coaching is not in the cards for her.

So it’s ok to continue to criticize her wherever she goes. Life’s too short to be that negative.

She’s a public figure and a basketball coach. Being criticized is literally the #1 thing you should be prepared for as a coach. No matter what someone will have something to say.

The honeymoon is already over with CKC. The first cracks last year were disbelief that her system would function at this level. Now there are many criticizing her rotation.

She has assembled her roster, heavy on youth but balanced with new veterans. Emphasis on new. She was heavily reliant on a few catch phrases indicating an early period of reeducation for the players. Haven't heard those as frequently this season. Give it a second to simmer…

I’m looking forward to the battle with UCLA. I think they’ll be ready! 🤙🏼🧡

Their starting point guard from last year.
Missed her knee in practice before the first game.

Miss had four of their thirteen players out with injury.

Missouri shot the three ball.

They Missouri signed five players for next year freshman.
I read about all of them.
Revenue sharing / NIL monitoring recruiting.
More money for recruits than just a few big spreading NIL universitys.

University like unconn don't spend a lot on football will have advantage of power conference football is number one eating funds.

Kellie has the coach who help her sign nine ranked class that Sara Puckett was a part of.

Not expecting Missouri to make the NCAA this year.
There rebuilding.
Can enjoying watching Kellie Coach away.

Just interesting see how different players not from the USA or North America.

HUH?

The point being made was that--regardless of the system--if you get out-shot that drastically, get outrebounded that much, and turn the ball over more than your opponent, your team is going to lose. The Grinnell system (which I believe in) can't make up for a drastic difference in talent or execution.

Don't know where the trolling is in that.

If they're single, maybe they'd like those sandwiches with a side of volnation nega-chips. A match made in Hades. ;)
