Don't get the Ward ain't it stuff. The Titans O-line is the worst in the NFL for sacks allowed. A handful have been Ward's fault, but he has not had time to do much of anything to go with receivers who cannot get open. The O "scheme" they are using, if you can call it that, is Callahan's mess.

They need a competent coaching staff and shiz ton of guys that can actually play the game at a higher level everywhere else before calling Cam a bust.

Trade out of No. 1 overall and get lots of extra picks. The next 2 drafts need to focus the first couple of rounds on DL (specifically Edge), OL, and WR. Maybe a mid round RB. Hopefully, we can use one of those 1st round picks on Jeremiah Smith in the 27 draft.

Tennessee Titans: Brian Callahan was fired before Halloween. Cam Ward's development looks to have been stunted. Outside of Jeffery Simmons, almost no building blocks are in place. In all, there's no solace to be taken from a season that amounts to little more than a waste of time.

Maybe. But you could put Josh Allen on this team right now and we aren't winning 5 games. This team is has zero talent around Ward and a bottom 3 OL in the league, which is sad considering how much we have invested into OL over the last 5 years.

I'd went with D or D-

I disagree with no building blocks.

Sweat along with Simmons on the interior. Dike & Ayomanor has shown flashes even Helm at TE.

I fully expect to get an underwhelming hire, were the worst job to take in the league from an ownership and roster standpoint.

Stefanski isn't a bad coach. He possibly has the worst QB room in the NFL though. And then there's Haslam... Stefanski probably gets fired this season though.
